STRAND is a business operating system. You pay $497 once to build your system and $97 a month to run it. The one-time charge builds your pipeline, follow-up sequence, content plan, post-sale sequence and dashboard from your own answers. The monthly charge runs it: your workspace, your automations, your Morning Brief, your score and every update.
Your workspace is included in the monthly price. There is no separate CRM bill, no setup fee and no per-seat charge.
All sales are final. There are no refunds on the one-time build charge or on any monthly charge, including partial months. You see your entire system built from your own answers, on screen, before you pay anything. That is deliberate: you are buying something you have already looked at, not a promise.
After the build, the subscription is month to month. There is no contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from inside your account, with no cancellation call and no retention process.
Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no refund is issued for the remainder of that period. Your data and your built system are kept; your daily brief stops when the period ends.
If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Prices for new customers can change at any time. If you are on the founding rate, that rate stays with your account for as long as it remains active.
We store the answers you give during onboarding (how you make money, what you charge, how customers find you, how you deliver), the system generated from those answers, your account email, your activity inside the product, and your billing records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
If you connect an existing CRM, we read from it to build your briefs. Nothing is sent to any of your customers without your explicit approval first. Your data stays yours; we do not sell it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
One account is for one business. Don't resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the product, don't use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messaging, and don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other accounts.
We work to keep the product available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. STRAND organises your business; it does not guarantee revenue, and we make no income claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions about these terms can be sent from inside your account.
